What you'll do

• Monitor clients and facility safety
• support clients with encouragement and daily activities
• assist with admissions, orientations, and discharges
• conduct wellness checks
• document interactions and incidents
• facilitate or co-facilitate groups as assigned
• inspect the facility
• transport clients to approved activities when required
• report crises
• maintain confidentiality
• conduct UDS screenings and resident searches.
