Field Support Technician — Drone Delivery Sites

The Field Support Technician role is an onsite position based in Dallas, TX, supporting assigned Zipline DropBox sites. Compensation is $18–$28 per hour. Zipline’s delivery network provides access to food, medicine, and essential goods. The technician keeps customer pickup sites safe, reliable, and ready for daily operations by inspecting equipment, completing light maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and documenting site conditions. The role also communicates issues to the appropriate teams and supports partner locations across the region as needed.

What you'll do

• Keep DropBoxes clean, organized, safe, and operational
• perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• complete basic repairs and light maintenance
• troubleshoot technical and operational issues using procedures
• identify and report hazards and equipment concerns
• document inspections, maintenance, and site conditions
• escalate issues
• communicate with Zipline teams, customers, and partners
• travel between assigned sites and support other regional locations when needed.
