What you'll do

• Carry an adolescent caseload
• provide individual and family therapy and facilitate group sessions
• document services
• evaluate emotional, behavioral, and mental states
• create psychosocial histories and treatment plans
• manage continuity of care
• collaborate with treatment and residential teams
• attend team meetings
• maintain referral relationships
• participate in marketing activities, including occasional travel.
