What you'll do

• Initiate the admission process and complete initial nursing assessments.
• Perform vital sign monitoring and patient assessments.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Assist providers in facilitating weekly patient consultations.
• Ensure accurate medication administration and documentation.
• Coordinate laboratory specimen collection.
