What you'll do

• Assess customer needs in person and by phone
• recommend products and services
• communicate sales and promotions
• promote in-store financing
• resolve complaints and follow up on customer satisfaction
• perform tire repair, installation, mounting, rotation, and balancing
• change engine oil and filters
• test, maintain, and replace batteries
• replace fluids, filters, bulbs, and wipers
• perform alignment checks
• assist with store opening, closing, stocking, inventory, displays, and cleaning.
