What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and share resort and area information
• process cash and credit card transactions
• balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks
• complete checkout procedures and verify guest folios
• reserve and confirm individual or group reservations
• provide room rate quotes
• respond promptly and completely to guest inquiries and concerns.
