The role also supports kitchen operations by preparing for service, responding to guest requests, and assisting with restaurant functions.

What you'll do

• Set up kitchen equipment and prepare food based on business forecasts
• prepare and plate orders according to menu procedures, portion controls, and presentation standards
• maintain clean and sanitary kitchen, preparation, and storage areas
• follow safety and security rules
• prepare guest-requested variations
• assist with hotel or restaurant functions
• supervise dishwasher tasks.
