What you'll do

• Assemble and test electromechanical systems and subassemblies to engineering specifications
• guide cleanroom assembly personnel
• develop and manage work schedules with the Manufacturing Manager
• participate in production meetings
• train team members
• operate hand and power tools
• apply 5S and visual controls
• support quality assurance, inspection, and troubleshooting
• monitor production output and schedule attainment
• escalate quality, material, equipment, and staffing issues
• support continuous improvement
• assist with cross-training and certification.
