What you'll do

• Lead clinical onboarding, training, and competency development for multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• oversee quality assurance, infection prevention, patient safety, and continuous improvement
• chair Quality Improvement and Infection Control and Safety Committees
• support regulatory compliance, AAAHC accreditation readiness, and clinical policy development
• provide EHR training and workflow optimization
• support new health center implementation
• coordinate DOT and non-DOT testing education and competency requirements
• monitor clinical performance, conduct audits, and identify improvement opportunities.

Why this role

Active RN license required; BSN preferred; at least five years of clinical nursing experience with education, quality assurance, or clinical operations background; DOT urine specimen collector and Breath Alcohol Technician qualifications or ability to obtain within 90 days; quality or infection prevention certification preferred or willingness to obtain an approved credential.
