What you'll do

• Assist patients with registration and admitting
• gather and verify demographic and insurance information
• contact patients by phone when additional information is needed
• enter and update electronic health record data
• correct incomplete or inaccurate registrations
• support complete patient accounts for billing
• protect confidential patient information
• provide professional customer service
• collaborate with hospital staff to resolve registration issues.
