Educational Advisor

Job overview

The Educational Advisor role is hybrid in Burlington, VT, with two days in the office and three days remote. Compensation is $25 per hour. Vermont Adult Learning provides adult education, literacy, English-language instruction, high school completion, and college and career transition services. The advisor works with adult learners, especially multilingual learners, to develop and monitor learning plans that support educational and career goals. The role coordinates with instructors and community partners to connect students with classes, assessments, and resources.

• Meet and communicate with students about goals and progress

• maintain student records and required documentation
• administer and review assessments
