The role also responds to resident service requests and contributes to a positive living experience through timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• diagnose problems and make repairs according to policies, safety standards, and codes
• track maintenance supplies and notify the supervisor of reorder needs
• inspect and maintain the property and common areas
• support positive resident relations
• contribute to occupancy goals and resident experience
• assist management with more efficient maintenance methods
• participate in after-hours emergency coverage and the on-call rotation.
