Associate Director or Director of High School Math

The Associate Director or Director of High School Math role is primarily in person at Zeta Charter Schools’ Network Office in the Bronx, NY, with optional remote days on some Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays when permitted. Compensation is $120,000–$130,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus. Zeta’s mission is to provide students with a world-class education and strong social-emotional development. The role leads high school mathematics strategy and instructional quality, supporting strong student outcomes. It develops curriculum and assessments, trains and coaches school leaders and teachers, observes instruction, and uses academic data to identify gaps and guide improvement.
