What you'll do

• Remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas
• clean and maintain community spaces
• perform trash-outs for vacated units
• assist with make-ready work and minor repairs when requested
• complete assigned painting and basic maintenance
• report safety hazards
• follow safety guidelines and required training.
