Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Community

Job overview

The Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Community role is onsite in Reno, NV, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime, weekend work, and on-call maintenance emergencies. • Manage community maintenance and timely work-order completion
• supervise, train, schedule, and review maintenance staff
• coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor work
• maintain safety and regulatory practices
• manage supplies, inventory, purchase orders, and maintenance budgets
• perform or oversee property repairs and upkeep.
