What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, mobility, and transfers. Provide medication assistance when trained and authorized
• support life-skill development and community activities
• follow Individual Support Plans and Positive Behavior Support strategies
• maintain service notes and incident reports
• communicate with families, guardians, and supervisors
• follow safety procedures and program requirements.
