What you'll do

• Lead multidisciplinary program teams and manage research plans, budgets, risks, milestones, and timelines
• oversee CRO biology partnerships
• shape immunology portfolio strategy
• design and oversee hit-finding campaigns and assay cascades
• conduct in vitro pharmacology and oversee in vivo pharmacology and PK/PD studies
• build capabilities and mentor scientists.
