What you'll do

• Ensure cleanliness of assigned properties, including office suites, restrooms, and indoor and outdoor common areas. Serve as the on-property lead and work with clients and the home office to resolve concerns. Recruit, hire, train, certify, coach, and motivate janitorial staff
• inspect work and conduct quality-control checks. Audit inventory, order supplies, and manage labor and supply costs within approved budgets. Assist with cleaning as needed and drive to client sites.
