What you'll do

• Oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment, supervise personnel, ensure compliance with SOPs and food safety standards, conduct daily shift meetings, manage employee schedules, collaborate with other departments to improve quality and efficiency, perform minor machine maintenance, and conduct GEMBA walks.
