What you'll do

• Support SEC filings and proxy activities
• prepare board and committee materials and governance records
• assist with sanctions screening and escalations
• coordinate sustainability assessments and report preparation
• support M&A, Treasury, commercial legal projects, and litigation
• update corporate policies
• monitor legal and regulatory developments.
