What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• supervise sales associates and sales-floor operations
• prepare schedules and evaluations and hire, counsel, or train employees when managers are unavailable
• assist customers and handle complaints
• receive and check stock, oversee checkouts and transfers, and maintain merchandise displays and rotation
• maintain sales records and reports
• follow cash-handling and safety procedures
• safeguard the premises
• make bank deposits
• support Goodwill’s mission and accessibility.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of management experience required. Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and at least two nights a week; valid driver’s license and insurability required. The role may supervise solicitors and pickup orders as authorized.
