Membership Sales Coordinator

The Membership Sales Coordinator role is onsite in New York, NY, with compensation of $70,000–$80,000 annually. The position supports the membership sales team at Moss and Bedrock, a club environment combining dining, cultural programming, fitness, wellness, and member spaces. The coordinator helps move prospective members through the sales process and supports a smooth onboarding experience for new members. The role combines prospect communication, scheduling, CRM administration, reporting, application and payment processing, and coordination with the Membership team and other departments.

What you'll do

• Manage the membership inbox and respond to member and prospect inquiries
• advance and qualify leads
• schedule prospect interviews, calls, and tours
• prepare prospect briefs and event face sheets
• support membership events and follow-up
• maintain CRM records, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• process applications and payments
• track onboarding
• coordinate dues, payments, and refunds with the Finance Manager
• respond to member feedback and requests.
