What you'll do

• Source qualified over-the-road truck drivers
• contact qualified applicants within 24 hours
• explain driving programs and opportunities
• coordinate candidate pre-approval with Operations Driver Support and Safety Coordinators
• make hiring decisions and schedule orientation
• track applications and maintain candidate engagement
• coordinate division placement and pre-orientation tasks.
