What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end vendor contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining service-level agreements
• evaluate vendor pricing proposals and oversee bidding
• ensure compliance with legal standards, regulations, and internal policies
• collaborate with legal, sales, and service teams
• identify contract-management process improvements
• maintain a secure contract database and generate performance reports
• track expiration dates and initiate renewals or renegotiations
• review active agreements for continued relevance
• evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs
• establish documented criteria for agreement extensions.
