What you'll do

• Supervise foremen and crews on ground-up commercial MEP projects
• guide budgeting, scheduling, production tracking, and labor forecasting
• coordinate drawings, materials, equipment, inspections, fabrication, and installation readiness
• work with project, engineering, quality, client, vendor, and estimating teams
• monitor job costs and production reports
• address safety and quality issues
• maintain a safe worksite.
