What you'll do

• Process new memberships and additional accounts through online applications
• verify documents and follow up for missing information
• assist members through inbound and outbound calls and digital channels
• identify cross-selling opportunities and connect members with financial experts
• apply retail banking knowledge
• recognize fraud and compliance risks and follow OFAC, BSA/AML, and company policies.
