Maintenance Technician I, Carriage House

What you'll do

• Clean and restore vacant apartments
• maintain facility and grounds
• change bulbs and locks
• assist with appliance installation, painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• inspect vacant units and create quality-control punch lists
• assist with trash removal and unit preparation
• help diagnose routine electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and appliance issues
• deliver resident notices
• maintain supplies and accurate make-ready records.
