What you'll do

• Provide translation assistance to federal agents during routine international passenger inspections
• interpret in complex deportation and prosecution cases
• provide airport, airline, and tourist information in English and Chinese as required
• assist passengers with Automated Passport Control kiosks
• translate for airport tenants and visitors
• operate the public address system and assess paging requests
• assist employees and visitors in international and domestic concourses.
