Behavioral Health Program Manager

Behavioral Health Program Manager is an onsite position in Fontana, CA, with a salary of $23 - $30 Per Hour. Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. A Behavioral Health or (ABA) Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers.

What you'll do

• Serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader.
• Masters daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs.
• Supervises BIs and provides education and training for client caregivers.
• Drives 30 to 60 miles a day.
• Able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.

Experience

Completed Master’s degree in relevant field. In progress with BCBA preferred. Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills. Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude. Bilingual skills valued.
