Agents build and manage buyer and seller pipelines, conduct real estate conversations, follow lead-generation and conversion systems, attend training and coaching, and deliver a client experience from start to finish. The team’s structure is intended to help agents develop consistent business practices and increase production.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers
• conduct 5–22 real estate conversations daily
• follow lead-generation and conversion systems
• attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability check-ins
• deliver a client experience from start to finish.
