The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Pediatric role is an onsite, part-time opportunity serving Dutchess County, NY, with full-time potential depending on caseload. Compensation is $112 per hour for home, daycare, and community services. Family of Kidz supports children with special needs from birth to adulthood, helping them build skills, independence, and quality of life. The SLP designs and implements individual or group therapeutic interventions, tracks progress toward IFSP/IEP goals, and coordinates with families, school personnel, supervisors, and other professionals. The role contributes to children’s communication development and supports case management and service planning.

What you'll do

• Design and implement individual and group therapeutic interventions for children on the caseload
• administer and write up evaluations as stated in the posting
• communicate with lead supervisors and coordinators about case management
• maintain professional relationships with families, school teams, and other professionals
• keep attendance and billing logs
• coordinate schedules with families and school personnel
• collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly
• provide input and attend or teleconference initial and annual CPSE/CSE meetings.
