What you'll do

• Direct, assign, and support medication aides and resident aides
• administer medications and treatments as needed and assist with activities of daily living
• complete nursing records, care plans, and reports
• participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback
• identify safety concerns and support infection prevention
• liaise with residents, families, and staff
• coordinate admissions and discharges
• participate in quality improvement initiatives.
