Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Manage equipment installations and commissioning
• manage preventive maintenance and critical spare-parts programs
• conduct equipment FMEAs and root-cause failure analysis as required
• implement and manage the site CMMS
• oversee and participate in daily maintenance, project planning, preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs
• coordinate electrical, machining, and tooling requirements
• develop and fabricate equipment and tooling
• maintain facility grounds, equipment, and tools
• select and develop local vendors
• partner with plant departments on safe and efficient operations.
