What you'll do

• Install thin stone veneer on walls, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, and other interior surfaces
• prepare substrates, lay out panels, cut and fit materials, and finish joints and edges
• protect customers’ homes and leave sites clean
• test and refine techniques
• set installation methods and quality standards
• recruit, train, and coach installers as crews are added
• coordinate schedules, materials, and customer communication
• address customer questions and field issues.
