Operations Support Coordinator

What you'll do

• Review, create, release, and maintain work orders in NetSuite
• assign work centers and production routing
• process material issuance, completions, and closeouts
• investigate routine discrepancies and escalate issues
• review and reconcile fulfillment documentation
• process item receipts based on receiving documentation
• provide filing, mailing, document preparation, and data-entry support
• maintain accurate records and participate in cross-training.
