Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Remote

Job overview

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist role is fully remote within the United States. Compensation varies by service: $75–$95 per completed 60-minute intake session, $65–$85 per completed 45-minute follow-up session, $30 for no-show appointments, and $60 per hour for monthly training and all-hands meetings. Mantra Health provides mental health services to college students through university partnerships. The therapist delivers virtual, evidence-based care to students, completes assessments and treatment planning, and coordinates with campus providers and Mantra colleagues. The role contributes to accessible student mental health care and continuity of support across the student’s treatment experience.

What you'll do

• Provide virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions
• conduct biopsychosocial intakes and diagnostic assessments
• develop treatment plans
• use the collaboration portal
• coordinate with campus providers, supervisors, and peers
• maintain timely clinical records
• work with administrative support on outreach and resources
• collaborate with leadership in critical patient scenarios
• identify and manage escalating risk scenarios.
