What you'll do

• Coordinate and provide administrative support for the Corporate Talent Management Team
• document meetings with business leaders and capture themes related to performance, skills, and development
• track learning program participation and outcomes
• maintain development plans, nine-box data, and talent review materials
• support succession planning, workforce strategy, and performance review materials
• coordinate training documentation with Talent Development
• collaborate with the Field Talent Specialist
• prepare talent dashboards, reports, and insights.
