The Procurement and Contracts Manager role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay is $28.89 per hour. The role supports an established Tampa-area housing organization’s procurement operations and contract oversight. The manager oversees purchasing, contract administration, and vendor relationships to support organizational needs while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, HUD guidelines, and internal policies. The work includes coordinating with vendors, contractors, departments, and leadership to keep procurement activities compliant and effective.

What you'll do

• Manage procurement of services, supplies, materials, and equipment
• administer contracts by preparing scopes of work, reviewing agreements, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring compliance
• follow HUD regulations, federal guidelines, and organizational policies
• prepare procurement documents, contracts, reports, purchasing records, and financial tracking information
• coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal departments, and leadership
• provide guidance on procurement procedures, contract management, vendor selection, and regulatory compliance.
