Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is onsite in Austin, TX, with crews meeting at the shop at 7:30 AM daily and earlier starts during November for holiday-light installations. Pay is $18 per hour for the first three months, then commission-based. Shine provides window cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting services. What you'll do

• Clean residential and commercial windows
• pressure wash driveways, patios, buildings, and other exterior surfaces
• install, maintain, and remove holiday lights and decorations
• work safely on ladders, rooftops, and elevated areas
• use and maintain company equipment and vehicles
• complete jobs with team members
• provide professional customer service.
