The Apartment Porter role is onsite at apartment communities in Lowell and Tyngsboro, MA. Compensation is $21 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The porter supports the maintenance team by keeping grounds, common areas, parking areas, and vacant apartments clean and well-maintained. The role also assists with apartment turnovers, light landscaping, and moving equipment and supplies as needed, helping maintain safe, attractive communities and provide good resident service.

What you'll do

• Maintain apartment grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, patios, mailbox areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and preparing units for new residents, perform light landscaping, and help maintenance technicians move equipment and supplies as needed.
