The role prepares meals according to menus, dietary requirements, and resident preferences, and supports timely meal service, kitchen sanitation, inventory control, and coordination with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, dietary requirements, and resident preferences
• serve meals on time while maintaining quality, portion control, and presentation
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• store and handle food supplies properly
• assist with inventory
• report shortages and order needs
• respond to special dietary requests
• follow health and food-safety regulations
• assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
