- Review drawings and project information
- perform quantity takeoffs, primarily in Bluebeam
- attend pre-bid meetings
- use market context and historical ERP data to price work
- prepare bid proposals with cost breakdowns and timelines
- manage and respond to RFIs
- hand off bid details to Project Management.
