What you'll do

• Manage analytical and project initiatives
• develop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards
• analyze confidential production, revenue, and compensation data
• create client, household, and product profitability models
• monitor assets under management, onboarding, retention, and department performance
• prepare management and Board-level reports
• analyze referral trends and prospecting opportunities
• collaborate on process and reporting improvements
• serve on committees
• maintain department documentation and resources.
