What you'll do

• Complete and review operational processes and reports, including cash balancing, general ledger reconciliations, chargebacks, check adjustments, ATM/EFT reconciliation, and other deposit operations tasks
• support operational tickets
• assist with internal controls
• monitor and report red-flag activity
• maintain closed and dormant account records
• conduct training
• assist with return mail and branch cash audits
• resolve issues and complete tasks accurately and on time.
