General Manager, Water Mitigation and Restoration

What you'll do

• Oversee water mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke, contents, and restoration projects from initial loss through completion
• manage branch P&L, revenue, gross profit, labor and equipment costs, and operating expenses
• build referral relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and TPAs
• review job profitability, accounts receivable, and outstanding insurance claims
• oversee Xactimate estimating and documentation
• establish production standards, workflows, and KPIs
• monitor equipment deployment, drying documentation, and inventory at active job sites.
