What you'll do

• Execute packaging operations and perform tasks independently
• maintain packaging quality standards
• master Operator 1, Operator 2, and Technician 1 tasks
• operate packaging equipment and stations
• lead packaging operators and technicians
• support the Packaging Manager with team initiatives
• participate in improvement projects
• communicate effectively
• perform facility duties as assigned
