Job overview

The Registered Nurse, Home Health provides onsite care in patients’ homes in Vallejo, CA, and surrounding Solano County communities. Compensation is $55–$60 per hour. The role supports patients’ independence and quality of life through home-based skilled nursing care. The nurse assesses patients, develops and implements individualized care plans, administers ordered medications and treatments, and documents progress.
