Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Review, approve, and process service and lighting billing
• send invoices and upload them to customer portals
• maintain customer account records, including tax exemption status, payment terms, and billing contacts
• process refunds, invoice adjustments, and balance write-offs
• support collections outreach and document past-due contacts
• assist with month-end accounts receivable close and invoice completeness review
• prepare data for the monthly Invoiced Dollar Summary report.
