Intermediate Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Intermediate Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Stowe, VT, with stated pay of $22–$26.55 per hour. It is a full-time, year-round position with Stowe Mountain Resort’s Building Maintenance Department, supporting resort facilities and infrastructure. The technician maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, while also completing general facility maintenance. This work supports safe, reliable resort operations and the guest experience.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• lead equipment installations and mechanical repairs
• inspect buildings and create work orders
• assess asset condition and report defects
• complete work orders
• requisition and maintain materials and inventory
• coordinate work and provide updates
• maintain records
• follow safety and environmental rules
• train other maintenance staff when required
• remove snow and ice as needed.
