The Marine Air-Ground Task Force Operations / Plans Analyst role is onsite at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. Compensation is not specified. The analyst provides expert planning and operational integration support, applying Marine Corps and joint planning processes to develop plans, orders, and related products. The work helps synchronize staff planning and inform senior-level decisions, including planning for the CENTCOM area of responsibility.

What you'll do

• Support deliberate, crisis, and contingency planning for Future Operations
• apply the Marine Corps Planning Process and joint planning methodologies
• lead Operational Planning Teams and coordinate across staff sections
• help transition deliberate plans into executable orders
• analyze operational requirements and force structure
• review plans and orders up to TS/SCI classification
• produce FRAGOs, WARNOs, branch plans, and supporting documents
• maintain planning records and support battle rhythm events.
